For these reasons we have been applying consistent quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 since 2001. We are certified to this standard at both locations. We deliberately chose an industry-neutral, globally recognized quality management system.

Some companies utilize quality management simply as a marketing tool or in response to external pressure. However, senior management and staff at the Gamma Knife Center see quality management as an excellent tool to monitor the quality of our work. On this basis we achieve our set goals and develop further as a team. What’s more, it helps us discover the wishes and views of our patients and referring physicians.

Regular staff training courses improve workflows. External audits from agencies and the medical authority are less stressful. New employees are onboarded faster. Ultimately, this effort pays off in the form of satisfied patients, referring physicians, and employees.

Good, strategic quality management also helps us work cost-effectively on a sustainable basis. An in-house financial analysis that compiles and verifies key performance indicators helps identify achieved and missed goals and deploy resources in a targeted manner.
